Perth already had a Sorrento. We just gave it sunbeds.
Perth's Sorrento has shared its name with the town on the Amalfi coast for decades. We figured it was time the comparison held up — striped umbrellas planted in the sand, and nothing to decide until the sun starts going down. It's the same idea Italian beach clubs have been running since the 1950s, just with a much shorter flight.
Ten minutes north, Mullaloo gets the same treatment: wider sand, calmer water, someone else in charge of the umbrella.
